RCCI Industrial Estate, Rawat.

RCCI established the first ever privately owned industrial Estate at Rawat in Rawalpindi region. The principal objective was to promote industrial sector in Rawalpindi and to provide employment opportunities to the community of the region. Currently, the Industrial Estate is comprised of more than 7000 kanals of land with more than 400 operational units from different sectors mostly from pharma, steel, floor mills etc and around 100 numbers of units are under construction. Approximately 50 thousand employees are working in these operational units and enormous revenue in shape of Taxes is being paid to Government by Industries.

Salient Features of RCCI Industrial Estate, Rawat.

(1) Road Network with minimum ROW 60 ft.
(2) 11KVA electric distribution in front of each plot.
(3) Water supply system of providing minimum 500 gallons per kanal of plot/day.
(4) Open surface drainage.
(5) Natural gas upto its periphery which can be readily extended on emergency of demand.
(6) Fully dedicated Security/Maintenance, Record keeping is being run by a Management Board of all stake holders.
